Ilahi, pronounced (I)s(LA)m + (HEE)d, means "Divine", "From Allah". I do not know of any name that sounds like Mahad, for this reason I cannot say if Ilahi can come after it or not, but as for the rest, Ilahi doesn't make sense after them.
