Full Meaning of Musaddiq

Musaddiq is an Arabic name for boys that means “Acknowledger of truth”, “one who acknowledges God’s existence and powers”, “one who confirms something”. It is used 18 times in the Quran.

And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me. (Quran 2:41)
