Full Meaning of Mefraah

Mefraah is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means a person who is easily made happy, who is always or often happy and joyous. It is derived from the F-R-H6 root which is used in many places in the Quran.

Those to whom We sent the Scriptures rejoice in what has been revealed to you, while some factions deny parts of it. (Quran 13:36)
