Musabe might be another spelling of Mus'ab, which means "strong", "powerful". It is not a Quranic name, but it is the name of a number of Sahaba (companions of the Prophet peace and blessings of Allah upon him).
Mueez is an Arabic name that means "giver of advice and admonition". It is an indirect Quranic name from the W-AIN-DHA root. This is assuming that you pronounce it with a long "ee" sound. If you pronounce it as Muiz with a short "i", it becomes another Arabic name that means "exalter", "giver of high status and might", which is from the AIN-Z-Z root and is also an acceptable name.
