Aoa would like to know meaning of Merum,Mirum,Merub,zoomur for girls thanks.

Mairam, pronounced (MAY) + (RUM), is an ancient Farsi name, I cannot find its meaning, and it seems to be used for boys mostly. But as for Merum and Mirum, I cannot find any information on these.

Zamoor, pronounced as (Z)oom + r(U)n + (MOO)n + p(R)ay, means "good child", "beautiful child" in Persian. This might be the name you mean by Zoomur. Since the meaning is good you can use it, and it is acceptable to use it for a girl. As for Zoomur itself I cannot find any information on it.
