Masdouque is variant of Masduq and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Masdouque or Masduq, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Masdouque

Masdouque is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “trusted”, “credible”, “believed in”, “one to whom people are devoted and faithful”. Masdouque is derived from the SAD-D-Q root which is used in many places in the Quran.

Allah said, “This is the Day the sincere ones will profit by their sincerity (Literally: their sincerity will benefit the sincere “ones”). For them are Gardens from beneath which Rivers run, eternally (abiding) therein forever. Allah is satisfied with them, and they are satisfied with Him. That is the magnificent triumph.” (Quran 5:119)
