Full Meaning of Mafaaza

Mafaaza means “great success”, “salvation”. Another version of this name is Mafaz. It is used twice in the Quran:

But God will deliver them who feared Him to their place of salvation. No evil shall touch them, nor shall they grieve. (Quran 39:61)

And never think that those who rejoice in what they have perpetrated and like to be praised for what they did not do – never think they will attain salvation from the punishment, and for them is a painful punishment. (Quran 3:188)
