Full Meaning of Korrat

Korrat is a direct Quranic name for boys and girls that means “cause of the removal of sadness”, a child who brings joy to his or her parents and prevents them from becoming unhappy.

and Pharaoh’s wife said, ‘He will be a joy to the eye for me and you! Do not slay him: he may well be of use to us, or we may adopt him as a son.’ They did not realize what they were doing. (Quran 28:9)
