Khelyphah is variant of Khaleefa and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Khelyphah or Khaleefa, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Khelyphah

Khelyphah is a direct Quranic name for boys and girls. It means heir, successor, agent, deputy, trustee, and the Quran uses it to refer to all humanity, since humans are God’s agents, successors and representatives on Earth as is mentioned in the Quran.

When your Lord said to the angels, ‘I am putting a successor on earth,’ they said, ‘Will You place someone there who will cause corruption on it and shed blood, while we glorify You with Your praise and extol Your holiness?’ [God] answered, ‘Surely, I know that which you do not know.’ (Quran 2:30)

O David, We have made you trustee on the earth. So judge between men equitably, and do not follow your lust lest it should lead you astray from the way of God. Surely for those who go astray from the way of God, is severe punishment, for having forgotten the Day of Reckoning. (Quran 38:26)
