Itizaz is variant of Etizaaz and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Itizaz or Etizaaz, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Itizaz

Itizaz is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “to become glorious”, “to become mighty”, “to become honored”. Itizaz is derived from the AIN-Z-Z root which is used in many places in the Quran.

Say, “O Allah , Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent. (Quran 3:26)
