Whether you use one or two names for your daughter is your own choice. So long as both names have a good meaning then you can do it, it all depends on your culture, as Islam has no rules regarding this.
As for Jumaina, it is not a Quranic name. An Arabic website says it means "small pearl", "cute pearl", and that the name's origin is from a foreign language. I cannot verify the correctness of this, but if it is true then it is an acceptable name.
As for Inaya/Anaya, please use the search box and you will find many pages related to these two names.
