Isaam is variant of Isam and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Isaam or Isam, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Isaam

Isaam is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means “connection”, “bond”, “promise”. It is derived from the AIN-SAD-M (bond, safety, refuge) root which is used in a number of places in the Quran.

He replied, ‘I shall seek refuge on a mountain, which will save me from the water.’ Noah said, ‘Today there is no refuge for anyone from God’s command except for those to whom He shows mercy!’ Thereupon, a wave swept in between them, and Noah’s son was among those who were drowned. (Quran 11:43)
