Sariya bint Awfaa (not Awfaa') is the name of a Sahabiyyah (female peer of the Prophet ﷺ). Sariya means "cloud that comes at night". Bint Awfaa means "daughter of Awfaa", it simply means that Sariya's father was called Awfaa. You shouldn't use the full name for your daughter, unless your daughter's father is named Awfaa. But as for using Sariya by itself, or added to another girl name, then that's acceptable.
