Arham means, Kind, Compassionate and Tenderhearted and Ahmad means praiseworthy which is also one of the name of our prophet Peace be upon him who is indeed kind and compassionate (Refer 9:129,21:107 of quran). Hence this name Ahmad Arham is acceptable and good.
