A Quranic Name for Boys

Imed ed-Den is variant of Imad ad-Din and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Imed ed-Den or Imad ad-Din, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Imed ed-Den

Imed ed-Den is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “pillars of the religion”, a person who is a strong supporter of Islam and causes Islam to grow and prosper. Both Imad (pillars) and Din (religion) are direct Quranic words, but since the phrase Imed ed-Den itself is not mentioned in the Quran, we consider this name an indirect Quranic name.

He [it is who] has created the skies without any pillars that you could see… (Quran 31:10)

God has ordained for you the same religion which He enjoined on Noah, and which We have revealed to you, and which We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus, so that you should remain steadfast in religion and not become divided in it. What you call upon the polytheists to do is hard for them; God chooses for Himself whoever He pleases and guides towards Himself those who turn to Him. (Quran 42:13)
