Name of new born son

Assalmoalaiku,

Please hlep me to choose name of my new born son.

Is is ok if I name him: Mohammad Ahhad

I am confusing about Ahhad, because my thinking is that Ahhad is like Allah, so to choose such a name is not allowed in Islam.
