Islamic way of changing a baby's name called in aqeeqah

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuhu

I would to know how to change a baby’s name once kept. We have done the aqeeqah. And we have called a name in aqeeqah. And now we want to change the baby’s name.

What’s the right way of doing it and is it permissible in Islam to change a baby’s name once called in aqeeqah.
And if it’s allowed so we have to do the aqeeqah again with a different the changed name or is it ok with the one we did b4
