Ibaad

Assalamualaikum. I have a query. The other night i prayed to Allah to suggest me a name for my unborn baby boy, as my husband and I couldnt agree on a name. The same night i saw a dream that my baby boy was born and I named him Ibaad. The name was no where in my mind. But had heard of it before.
Now, my husbands name is Omair. So my mother-in m-law says that Ibaad Omair is not a suitable name! It should be Ibaad ullah.
Guide me on this. Is it necessary to right Ullah with Ibaad. As ibaad is not one of the Allah’s name.
