Confusion about daughter's name

My 6 years old daughter’s name is Arisha Narmin Rahman. I wanted to name her only Arisha Narmin. But, some relatives convinced to add Rahman at the last, and it is like that from then. I always wonder if this full name actually mean something? Arisha Narmin means delicate or soft highness. But when you add Rahman, does it mean soft highness of Allah? I am always confused about the name.

And if it is wrong to add Rahman, how can I change it now?
