Baby Boy name Mizan

Assalamualikum,
I am searching for a baby boy name from Quranic names, and I came across the word Mizan. Mizan word iss used more than once in Quran. I know the reference from Surah Rehman, where the word Mizan means the balance.
So, I would like to know can we name a baby boy Mizan or not?
The combinations I am thinking of are as below
1. Mizan-ur-rehman
2. Mizan Ashraf
Please let me know the exact meaning of the above two considered names. And please suggest if you have any
