  Does the name of ‘Airil’ exist in arabic or persian?
  AND
  Does anyone knows soft names for boys like ‘Airil’? I searched it but there is none that i like and when i found this name Airil, it is not an arabic name. It is hard to find soft arabic names for boys.

  Can i use girl names (not too girly) for boy or for nickname of boy?
