Full Meaning of Faiqah

Faiqah is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means extraordinary, superb, excellent. It is derived from the F-W-Q root (to overcome, to be better, above, over) which is used in many places in the Quran.

We have created seven paths above you; We have never been unmindful of Our creation. (Quran 23:17)
