Ezfer is variant of Azfar and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Ezfer or Azfar, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Ezfer

Ezfer is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “victorious”, “the one who triumphs in battle or overcomes a great hardship”. It is derived from the Dha-F-R (victory, claw) root which is used twice in the Quran.

It is He who kept peace between you and the people of the valley of Mecca after having given you a victory over them. God is Well Aware of what you do. (Quran 48:24)

We forbade the Jews all animals with claws and the fat of sheep [and goats] and oxen, except what is on their backs and in their intestines and what adheres to their bones. That is the penalty We imposed on them for their disobedience. And We assuredly are true to Our word. (Quran 6:146)
