Eyrfaan is variant of Irfan and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Eyrfaan or Irfan, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Eyrfaan

Eyrfaan is an indirect Quranic name for boys. Eyrfaan means “wisdom”, or more correctly, Wisdom with a capital W. It refers to all that is good and true of thoughts and deeds. It is derived from the Ain-R-F root (to know, to recognize), which s used in many places in the Quran.

And when they [the true followers f Jesus] hear what has been revealed to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of what they have recognized of the truth. They say, “Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses. And how could we fail to believe in God and in the truth that has come unto us, when we so fervently desire that our Lord count us among the righteous?” (Quran 5:83-84)

And [after some years,] Joseph’s brothers came [to Egypt] and presented themselves before him: and he knew them [at once], whereas they did not recognize him. (Quran 12:58)
