Eykhlaas is variant of Ikhlas and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Eykhlaas or Ikhlas, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Eykhlaas

Eykhlaas is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means purity, devotion, sincerity, loyalty, faithfulness. It is derived from the KH-L-S (pure, sincere) root which is used in many places in the Quran. Eykhlaas is also a common name for chapter 112 of the Quran.

for, verily, We purified them by means of a thought most pure: the remembrance of the life to come. (Quran 38:46)

Now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, (saying), We do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful. (Quran 39:3)

Say: Do you dispute with us about Allah, even though He is our Lord and your Lord, and we shall have our deeds and you shall have your deeds, and we are sincere to Him? (Quran 2:139)
