Salam Alaikkum

I have a doubt in naming second name of my daughter.
We had choosen the first name as WAFAA.
The second name we choose is ALAIDAROOS, but it sounds more like a boys name, ALAIDAROOS ( it is our family name). Can we make ALAIDAROOS to suite to female name as ALAIDAROOSI.
please let me know any other name that can be given.

Yes, that is perfectly acceptable. In Arab and Western countries only the first name has to be feminine, the surname can be masculine or a clan/family name.
