Full Meaning of Ataaya

Ataaya is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “gifts”, “presents”, “bestowal”. It is derived from the AIN-T16-A root which is used in a number of places in the Quran. Ataaya is the plural of the girl name Atiyyah. Note that Ataaya cannot have an “h” attached to it at the end.

And as to those who are made happy, they shall be in the garden, abiding in it as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord please; a gift which shall never be cut off. (Quran 11:108)
