Full Meaning of Arfae

Arfae is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means high-status, best, sublime. It is derived from the R-F-AIN root which is used in many places in the Quran.

He who seeks glory, let him know that all glory belongs to Allah alone. To Him do good words go up, and righteous action uplifts them. But those who contrive evil deeds, a severe punishment lies in store for them, and their contriving will come to naught. (Quran 35:10)

Do they distribute the mercy of your Lord? It is We who have distributed their sustenance in this world and raised the positions of some of them above the others so that they would mock each other. The mercy of your Lord is better than what they can amass. (Quran 43:32)
