Areish is variant of Areesh and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Areish or Areesh, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Areish

Areish is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means “built structure”, especially a wooden structure built for vines. It is derived from the Ain-R-Sh (structure, throne) which is used in many places in the Quran.

I found a woman ruling over them, who has been given everything and she has a mighty throne. (Quran 27:23)

Areish is also a Farsi name that means intelligent, wise. The Farsi meaning is not related to the Quranic word, but since it has a good meaning it can be used by Muslims.
