Both Liyaan and Riza are good names that can be used by Muslims.

Liyaan means soft and delicate, and ease and prosperity in life. It comes from L-Y-N root, which is a root that's used in the Quran, for this reason Liyaan is a Quranic name. Many other names come from the same root, take a look here on our site (Liyaan itself is has not been added to the site yet):
//quranicnames.com/by-root/l-y-n/

Liyaan is pronounced as (Li)ttle + (ya)rd + (n)ame. Liyyan is a wrong spelling since the "y" sound is light, not strong. The stress is on the "a" at the end.

The name can also be spelled as Liyan, Leyaan, Leyan, Liyanne.

Riza means being content and pleased, and it means Allah being pleased with His servant. This too is an indirect Quranic name, its root is mentioned in the Quran.

Riza is pronounced as (ri)pple + (z) + sm(a)rt
