Full Meaning of Ebyedh
Ebyedh is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “white”, “bright”, “pure”. It is derived from the B-Y-DHAD root which is used in a number of places in the Quran.
And [Moses] drew out his hand; thereupon it was white [with radiance] for the observers. (Quran 7:108)
