The only name we know of that is similar to Feeha is Feihaa, which is the Persian pronunciation of the Arabic word Faihaa, which is a feminine noun that means "vast landscape", "large area of land". Feeha is pronounced [(FEE)d] + [(HA)rd] with emphasis on the first syllable. It is written as فيحاء in Arabic.
You can use Feeha/Feiha with the above meaning for a Muslim child, since it doesn't have a bad meaning. It is not a Quranic name.
