I think you are referring to the Hajarul Aswad, which means "black stone", it is a stone at the Kaaba in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Hajar means "stone" (this word is different from the name of the mother of Prophet Ismael) and Aswad means "black". If you are asking about this in relation to using it as a name, I haven't seen either of these words used as names.
