Saood is variant of Saud and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Saood or Saud, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Saood

Saood is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “happy”, “fortunate”, “blessed”. The name of the country of Saoodi Arabia comes from the name Saood. It is derived from the S-Ain-D root which is used in many places in the Quran.

And as to those who are made happy, they shall be in the garden, abiding in it as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord please; a gift which shall never be cut off.  (Quran 11:108)
