Walaikum Salaam;
Dear user, please try to conceive right after 3 to 6 days of menstural cycle and keep on trying for every 3 days, because the lifespan of male sperm is 2 to 3 days, whereas an unfertilized egg of a woman can live upto just 24 hours.
Just keep on trying and praying (esp.) Dua after Maghrib prayer.
And don’t forget to recite the Dua for conception before trying (both partners).

Insha-Allah, Allah will grant you with his fruitful blessings.

May Allah give the Best. Ask Allah all time. Then consult doctor both of you. IF any probs, clear it. If no, go for follicular study and find the right date. Everything will be all right. Insha Allah. Recite this dua after every salah. Rabbi Laa Tazarni Fardan Wa Anta Khairal Wariseen.
