Saehaane is variant of Sayhan and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Saehaane or Sayhan, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Saehaane

Saehaane is an indirect Quranic name for boys. It is the name of a river in the Levant and has meanings of traveling and moving about on the land. It is also the name of a village in Yemen. It is derived from the S-Y-H6 root which is used in the Quran in 9:2:

So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.
