Rabiah means “fourth”, a name (or number) for the fourth daughter. As daughters were quite unwelcome as a child and only sons were precious and worthy, daughters were not worthy enough to preoccupy the brain in order to think of a name, they used to give numbers to daughters. Just like car plates. Such as Vahidah (واحدة); meaning “one” for the first daughter, or Saniye (ثانيه) meaning “second” for the second daughter.

You probably didn’t consider that the “forth” could also mean the forth season of a year, which is Spring in my opinion (Yes, the calendar we have now is nonsense). So the name “Rabiah” actually means “Spring”, not forth or hill.
