Full Meaning of Mowzemmil
Mowzemmil is a direct Quranic name for boys and girls that means “wrapped up in his/her garment”, “wrapped up in clothing”, and the Quran uses this word to describe Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, in the first verse of chapter 73 of the Quran:
O you who have wrapped up in your garments!
The verse either refers to the Prophet when he was sleeping, or when he had covered himself in clothing or blankets at the early days of receiving the Revelation, out of fear and anxiety. Mowzemmil is also the name of chapter 73 (the verse verse of which is shown above), referred to as Surat al-Mowzemmil.
