Sepehr means “sky”. The meaning is not bad so it can be used by Muslims

Sepehr means “sky” or “globe” and maybe has same meaning with”Sama” in arabic… So Iranian muslims use it

This is in no way shape or form an Islamic name. It has no roots in Arabic or any other Semitic language. It is a Persian name. Persian speakers of any or no religion use it, not just moslems
