Could you please tell me if Radwa is islamic name? Does it make sense if we choose a name "Ayesha Radwa"?

Answer

This is an official answer by QuranicNames.com Staff

Radwaa, pronounced as RUD(der) + WA(nt) is a mountain in the city of Madinah in Saudi Arabia, the name comes from the name of this mountain, and it is the name of a sahabiah, for this reason it is an Islamic name.

Ayesha means someone who lives a good life. Ayesha Radwa means "Radwa, the girl/woman who knows how to live well". The meaning is acceptable so you can use it inshAllah.
