      Can anyone please mention which surah contains the story of group of farmers from which the name sarim has been derived.

      Assalam-o-alaikum
      Surah al-qalam 20 verses فَأَصْبَحَتْ كَالصَّرِيمِ
      The Arabic word sarim denotes “separating” but herein connotes “pitch black night; fruitless tree; black ashes.”
