      Salam alaykum,

      My wife and I are very much interested in the name Lana for our first daughter which gives the meaning of blossom. If we were to put the definitive prefix “al” to the name, making it al-lana, would it change the meaning to the name and is it permitted to do so? Jazakallah khayran.
