meaning of "Ahnaf Zaheen Khan"

As salamu alaikum, I want to keep my son’s name “Ahnaf Zaheen Khan”. is it should be “Zaheen Ahnaf Khan” or only “Ahnaf Khan”? “Khan” is my husband’s name title. what would be the best name with a good meaning? please give me a suggestion.
