Ennsar is variant of Ansar and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Ennsar or Ansar, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Ennsar

Ennsar is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “supporters”, “defenders”, “upholders”, “advocates”. Ennsar is used to refer to the people of al-Madinah, who supported the Muslims who migrated there from Makkah. Ennsar is used 11 times in the Quran.

And the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ennsar and those who followed them with good conduct – Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment. (Quran 9:100)

O you who have believed, be supporters of Allah , as when Jesus, the son of Mary, said to the disciples, “Who are my supporters for Allah ?” The disciples said, “We are supporters of Allah .” And a faction of the Children of Israel believed and a faction disbelieved. So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant. (Quran 61:14)
