Aiza (//quranicnames.com/i-have-come-across-a-name-aizah/) as per your description name means “replacement” and “substitute” where as in arabic it means "I need/want" for example: Ana aiza purtagal. i.e. I need oranges. Also on internet, Aiza is a word of Basque Spanish origin language and means cliff or rock which is further derived as "noble". I am confused to get the actual meaning as I am interested to keep this name for my daughter.

What you said is right, but the Aiza mentioned in the link is a different one, it is spelled as عيضة, with a dhaad, not a zaal, and it does mean replacement. Other versions of this name is Aaidh, which is also a popular name.
