Can I use one Arabic letter, i.e. “Ghayn”, as a baby name?

You can do this since there is no reason to prohibit it. However we've never seen this done before, therefore cultural considerations should be taken into account. For example Arabs may find the name funny, while people from other cultures may accept it without an issue.
