Ethan is ok .Ethan is variant of Azaan and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation.Ethan is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “announcement”, “call to prayer”, it refers to the call to prayer that’s recited five times a day at the mosque to let people know that prayers will be held soon.
