    Thank you. it’s correct. I found the same meaning in Farsi on Persian names website (http://NameFarsi.com) .ashk also means teardrop in Persian.

    Ashkan is a Persian name in Farsi and has nothing to do with Islam and Muslims . It is a decent Persian name for boys
