Dear Quranic Names Admin;

I would like to know if changing your name from Mohammad (let’s say Mohammad Omar) to any other Islamic name (let’s say Zaid/Zayne or Ayaz) is allowed in Islam. My question is that does somebody commit gunnah/sin if he changes his name from Mohammad to any other proper islamic name??
