Inaya Noor (inaya noor Khawer)
Rumaysa noor (rumaysa noor khawer)
Rumaysa Fatima (rumaysa noor khawer)
and finally i add Father name as Last name(sur name) khawer because here in usa we can use 3 names> Is this allowed in islam to girls have 2 names

Rabia -
Yes, it is acceptable in Islam to give two names to a girl.
The meaning of the name doesn’t change in those combinations you mentioned.
As for the best combination, please choose any two names you like. Most combinations do not create a new meaning, each name keeps its own meaning. For this reason choose two names that have good meanings and that are liked by the child’s paternal and maternal families.

Many times however, this soft clouds isn’t precisely what you had in mind and can in many cases spoil an otherwise good photograph, especially if you consider enlarging them.

AsiyahSalam
Both I like, so it’s hard decision.
Which one is more near of ur heart?
I like a lot Rumaisa and Inaya(h), maybe u can choose by meaning.
“Inaya is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means help, care, protection. It is derived from the Ain-W-N root which is used in many places in the Quran, including Surat al-Fatihah.”Rumaisah (spelled رُمَيْسَة in Arabic) is an Arabic name for girls that means “wind that scatters dust and hides tracks and footprints”.
If Rumaisah is spelled as رُمَيْثَة in Arabic (more accurately written as Rumaithah in English, but many people would simplify the name to Rumaisah), it becomes another name which according to the Lisan al-Arab dictionary is the name of a place. This name comes from the R-M-TH root, which can be used to rebuild itsb meaning. The root has meanings of “increasing”, thus Rumaisah would mean “an increase [in something]”. Rumaisah can also be the feminine diminutive form of Rams/Ramth, which means “raft” (a flat structure made of timber that is used as a boat), in which case Rumaisah would mean “little raft”. Rumaisah/Rumaithah is the name of two Sahabiyaat (female companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his companions): Rumaithah bint Amr bin Hashim and Rumaithah bint Hakeem.
or
Rumaisaa is an Arabic name for girls. It is the name of a Sahabiyyah, whose full name is Rumaisaa bint Milhan bin Khalid al-Ansariyyah al-Khazrajiyyah. Rumaisaa is one of the Arabic names for the star known as Sirius in English, according to the dictionary al-Mu`jam al-Waseet, which is published by the Academy of the Arabic Language in Cairo, Egypt.Inaya(h) is Quranic name, Rumaisa(h) NO!
